jwrong Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 Today, I went with a friend into S.F. to look at Panerais. He had a "hookup" from an employee. Whe we got there, they only had 4-5 in stock. We said we wanted the 196. They said one was coming in. When we left, he immediately got the call. 15 minutes later, he was walking out with it. It is AWESOME!!! He even got 10% off. The weird thing is, when they brought it out and unboxed it, my knees got weak and my heart started beating quickly. I guess I am just a watch freak. When one of my friends was finally called for he 16520 Daytona, he took me with him to the dealer during lunch to pick it up. What a rush when the box was opened!
