Most ETAs run +5 outof the box anyways, you can lube your own gaskets and adjust your own movement with little risk. I've heard of this additional service from members here that the dealers offer as sending your watch on a tour of asia then coming home to you no different than you sent it. if you want the movement serviced try The Zigmeister, he has a good rep with servicing movements and calibrating them.
