PAM253 problem

Hello forum and Happy new year, i was the happy owner of a PAM253. i was giving the bezel a shine and i dropped the watch. Since then the movment is moving a tiny bit in the watch if i shake it or if i press the chrono pushers. i opened the caseback (im a total noob as far as watch mechanics), i removed an reinstalled the crown-stem and i tightened the retainer screws? but nothing of theese seems to fix the problem.. any ideas?
