richard lawton
Movement is the same as the Porsche Quartz rep with double sec hand could be copied easily Richard
Bike Mike
Movement is the same as the Porsche Quartz rep with double sec hand could be copied easily Richard But it is not a double second hand. It is a 10 minute countdown timer for yachting. Have not see this funtion. Not saying they are not out there, just who has them? Also, begs the question, why has a Seawolf Chrono not been repped yet if the movement is available? Again, could be out there, but have not seen it. The PD movement used a ETA 251.262 movement in the ones I have seen from some of our dealers and not the ETA 251.232 that makes the Breilting 73 w/ 10 minute countdown. richard lawton
Hi This Porsche rep is exactly the same dial layout and function with twin large seconds hands. This movement could be used in the new Breitling easily. Photo from Kings Web site Regards Richard
richard lawton
Note on the above you can only see the large red second hand another is directly underneath in grey Richard
richard lawton
This movement could also be used if they replicated the Breitling Emergency Mission as the Porsche movement works exactly the same as my original Emergency Mission Regards Richard
richard lawton
I was aware that it worked the same as my Emergency Mission (The REP Porsche works exactly the same way) The large second hand registers seconds. The second large second hand (Underneath the first) registers the minutes The sub-dial at 10.00 registers the hours and the sub-dial at 2.00 registers the 10ths of a second The sub-dial at 6.00 being the watch running seconds Pls correct me if I'm wrong but this is how my Genuine Emergency Mission works Regards Richard
