asf Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 I was thinking, I really dislike this watch. its TOO sterile and would love to vintagize it! Im thinking a bag of nails to scratch up the case and baking the hands. What can I do to the dial? Moreover, does anyone know if a DSN fiddy dial would fit here and even a solid case back? some sterile pics of it on a panatime crazy horse strap. any help would be greatly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PeteM Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 I dont know the technical stuff on this coating but I have had a couple of after market PVD PAMs in my hand as well as this same watch. I cant compare the 2 finishes the one we have on this watch is more of a painted finish, to me anyway. I guess its just a cheap version so I would not think you could acheive that same look your after mate if you vintagise it. Yes a DSN dial will fit.
