Daytona with F. Piguet cal 1185, 37 jewel

For a franken Daytona 116520;

It has Seconds at 6'

Its one of the best chrono movements.

Could it be done where can i find one FP 1185?

Won't work. The 1185 has the hour and minute counters on the three-to-nine-line whereas they are above that line on the Rolex 4130.
