Speedmaster Date Retro Dial

Does anyone have one and if so what do you think? I have heard that they are a 1:1 but doesn't seem to be many around. I am hoping Lani will give me his opinion here as I know he has one, in fact if I am not mistaken he has all of the 'dates'. So Lani what do you think? And is it big enough ay 40mm?

I know Lani loves his, I really like this model too!! The red and black speaks to me!!

I have a Panda dial date Speedy and at 40mm it wears not bad at all!!

What about build quality and movement reliability since you have had it?

The panda dial is loveley, I think all the 'dates' are and now my wife wants the white dial version. She wants to put it on white or brown leather. She may have a point, white dial on white leather pretty cool (for a girl of course).

This is a great looking watch, I haven't seen many on here but now that you mention I guess Lanikai might have one.. he seems to have just about every great looking watch that exists.. Hey nikki you got any pics of yours?
