Each time I do, I keep thinking that the dial looks grey instead of the deep black colour it is supposed to have. I realise that the picture doesn't show that, it looks black in the pic. Next to that, the 'GMT' figures aren't sharp. Who else has this watch, and has the same opinion? Has anyone got an idea of how to fix this? Are there other dials (gen?) dials available anywhere? 1976 Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 The gen has that deep black color because it has double AR coating on the crystal,the current rep i think is has single or not.The only solution to your problem is to send your crystal for AR.
