which model has seconds at 9, date at 3, 44mm, no cyclops?

I dont mind if its a homage (getat says no can do)

As far as I know the only Luminor (cg) models with no cyclops and are automatics with date at 3 are in-house movements (8 day and 3 day movements). If you are insistent on it I would buy an automatic and simply replace the crystal with a hand wind one. You can pick those up cheap.
