importr
Chaps, I have 2 versions of Pilot bracelet and clasp for my two BCE v3's (which are also different!) One clasp has the French wording MODELE DEPOSE MANUFACTURE EN SUISSE in a not very well defined stamping the other has the English wording REGISTERED MODEL SWISS MADE in a very clear stamping which is correct, or should I say, true to gen? thanks
Bike Mike
MODELE DEPOSE MANUFACTURE EN SUISSE is on the Gen BCE.

Bike Mike
MODELE DEPOSE is on all Breitling Bracelets and Deployment Clasps.
importr
even the titanium ones? I'm sure on my gen CA and CA M1, the inscriptions are English. Along with "NICKLE FREE BUCKLE" ??
Bike Mike
MODELE DEPOSE is on all SS Breitling Bracelets and Deployment Clasps (No Ti Deployments) not including the Ocean Racer. Ti models were unique saying "REGISTERED MODEL" "NICKEL FREE BUCKLE"
importr
Agreed. I wonder where the reppers got the inspiration from, to put the English notation on this particular BCE bracelet of mine
yodap
Older ones had the english wording. Both are correct. Greetz.
Bike Mike
Older ones had the english wording. Both are correct. Greetz. From what I have seen, this was only case for the early Chonomats when they were 39mm/40.5mm and not the BCE (Really just Chronomat now), at 43.7mm. reggydub76
I've seen on a 20-18 navitimer bracelet in English, also on a 22-20 navitimer bracelet. And both are gen. And my deployment clasp 18 mm is also in English. The 22-20 bracelet is from 1999 and the 20-18mm bracelet is from 2004.
