From whom to get good ROO

I want to buy my first AP ROO. It should be the Safari model.

Is there a good dealer in EU where i can get it as the "ultimate" edition with running sec @12?

Or a dealer who is doing safe shipping to germany?

The problem is that first i wanted to buy from ETZ but if i read all the problems with chris i decided not to order from him.

Use PT,he is in the UK,also Narikaa in the UK and there is a dealer on RG called Toro Bravo.
