milesd
I've been working on this watch for the past 4 months. When I say worked on, I mean assembled the parts and with the help of some very talented members on this board, they did all the modding. First off, HUGE thanks to TIK-TOC-COLLECTIONIST for reshaping and welding my Silix case. He also fit a custom plexi for a lower profile. I want to thank VAC for his lume work. The dial looks great! DSN for the freebie dial, T for doing an amazing job with his hands (and twisting your arm to make them for the 6497), Nightwatch for an awesome case back, Gunny for the best vintage strap out there. Now, on to the pics: I think I need to install a taller cannon pin as it's a bit sunken. I also think I may age the hands a bit more. Other than that I may switch the strap for Gunny's new radiomir paupe strap.

PM sent. The major cost in this watch, actually, was the strap.
