Help with Submariner bezel insert

Can anyone tell me how I can pop the bezel insert out of my TT sub without damaging it?

Just forget it! In the end you'll probably do more harm than good. In order to get the insert out without any damage to it you'll need to pop off the entire bezel.

Dents, scuffs and scratches are very common after bezel removal if you've never done it before.

If you love your watch forget it or practice on an old cheap one....
