Best way to remove Sub bezel insert

hi guys, i have an incoming LV and basing from the pictures sent by the dealer, the insert needs to be replaced or I need to shave the insert for a better fitting. How should I go about this? Should I remove the bezel entirely by prying it or is there a way just to remove the insert? Thanks

The best way to remove the insert with minimal risk to damaging the insert or bezel, is to decase the watch, pop the crystal out and slide in a thin knife or blade and gently lift the bezel insert out. This is how I changed the insert on my UPO twice, I have tried doing it externally but I always end up damaging the insert.
