Admin Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 There seems to be something strange going on the forum software (the part that handles upgrades/downgrades/etc). I have received a lot of PM's from various members who are not getting automatically upgraded, people who get automatically downgraded when they are not supposed t, etc. I am currently lolking into these issues and replying PM's as fast as I can, now that I am online.

Admin Posted June 2, 2010 Author Report Posted June 2, 2010 Some more info about this: The system has now been "reset", so all members with expired memberships/missing payments have now been downgraded to regular member level. IF your account has been downgraded today, you now know why Feel free to use the "Upgrade membership"-link in the top menu to upgrade again and support our forum.IF you have paid and your account still is downgraded, please PM me the transaction number of your last payment.

Admin Posted June 2, 2010 Author Report Posted June 2, 2010 And yet more info: There seems to be a number of payments that "reports" back to the wrong address here at RWG and because of this are not registered. These payments looks like subscriptions made a while back. If you are subscribed to either VIP or platinum upgrades (Monthly payments) and have been downgraded late, please cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one, using the Upgrade membership-link. Contact me and I'll refund any payments made that has not been honored.
