ETA 2824 cannon pinion question

Guys,

It doesn't seem to me that the ETA 2824-2 (or 2836-2) movement uses any cannon pinion like what I would expect on ETA 6497 movement. Instead, if you want taller hands, you will have to install taller Hour, Minute and Second wheels. Is this true?

I had been told by some watchmaker that the standard wheel is a H3, but I also heard that the standard wheel is a H4 (5.5mm). Which one is the standard? What is the best height to use on a SOSF and SOH modifications (i.e. installing a gen ETA movement into the watch)? Do I need all three wheels to be consistently H4 or H5? or I can combine?

Thanks in advance!
