Black Tourbillion suggestions?

Hello all. I am new to the RWG. My previous watch of 2 years just died; a replica silver daytona that was a great piece. Now I am in the market again, and prefer a watch that doesn't have a leather band and is darker and more formal. I think the Breguet Tourbillion with a Japanese movement is probably my favorite. I am thinking of spending under 300, and am in CONUS. Suggestions? My coworkers have Panarei, Breitling and Rolex, reps and gens, so I am trying to stay away from looking like I am copying a coworker. I am also tempted to get a Cartier Ballon Bleu with a metal band, since I like the classic roman numeral face, but it seems that most reps are quartz and probably poor quality. Thoughts?
