Do hands of a7750(Asian) compatible with hands of eta7750 ?

I heard It's ok! ,but I read it ( http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/top-gun-chronograph-full-ceramic-v2-swiss-eta-7750/ )

It says "Remark: Replicated from a genuine IWC 3782, the hands are specially made for Swiss ETA-7750 movement."

does it mean that hands of a7750 are not compatible with hands of eta. ?

Depends on which Asian 7750. If it's the new high beat 28,800 boy movement, then no. They have different size hands than the Swiss 7750. But the older slow beat A7750 does have the Swiss sized hands.
