PAMman Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 I bought a BR01-92 from a forum member, described as having an ETA movement. It probably has an ETA (likely Asian) but I haven't checked. The case is excellent with proper hex screws in the caseback, not laser etched. One gripe with the watch is the short hand pinions which leave the hands pointing upwards. I have a genuine ETA 2892 that I would like to get fitted if possile. Has anyone ever tried this? Are taller pinions available for the 2892?
Member X Posted July 11, 2010 Report Posted July 11, 2010 Does the gen have a 2892? I can't remember! You'd need to check the depth of the case v the depth of th movement.
