I have the same watch, no caseback, movement is installed from top, like ploprof 600.

maybe it uses the same stem like ploprof 600 ? any idea ?

If its a mono case back, it will have a split stem.

Once you get the crystal out, you split the stem close to the case ( between dial and case)

Search "split stem"

Some come apart very easily, and others you really need to fight with for a while.
