gimme Posted July 18, 2010 Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 I got my 5002 yesterday. First rep. Visually it is stunning (aside from the strap, of course)! Nevertheless, I notice that the winding sound is pretty loud, to the point that I can hear it after the slightest move of my hand in a quiet environment. Watch is keeping good time AFAIK and the power reserve is decent. Is this normal with this model (faux PW) or is something wrong with my watch? Doesn't seem to me that there are any loose screws, it's just the winding movement that is very loud. Wanted to make sure before writing my dealer. All the watches I've had are the opposite: time moves forward by rotating the crown clockwise. But I also got an Omega Speedy Date and it works the same way, so I guess this is probably something to do with Asian movements? Thanks again.
