Can I retrofit silver screws from highbeat 7750 into lowbeat 7750?

I'd like to change the blue ones on my V2/V4 maker's HBB into silver ones, to be more gen like.

Before I consider ordering ETA screws from cousins.uk, i wanted to check whether silver screws from 28.9K Asian 7750 will fit 21.6K Asian 7750 thats standard on V2/V4 HBBs.

I have few Asian 7750 movements in the closed caseback watches that have silver screws. Could be a cheap route to put silver screws in HBB 21.6 k movement and blue ones in the 28.8K movement (since no-one will really see it behind closed caseback anyway).

Has anyone attempted this? Will it work?

I wouldn't count on ETA screws fitting as a back up plan. Maybe they will but not everything on a genuine Swiss 7750 and an A7750 are interchangable.

Many memebers have succesfully put ETA screws into lowbeat A7750. Thats not the question that i have per se. My question is can i put screws from 28.8 K into 21.6 K movement.

Thats the reply I got on repgeek forum from fellow member with enough experience:

"Yes, you can with most of the screws, I've done that before. The only screw that I don't remember if can be retrofit is the balance bridge one. And the original ETA screws will also fit the chinese 7750, I've done that also."
