cn: some dude b0rked his GMT's ceramic bezel

Also, a post mentions that Rolex sells them as an individual piece?

If there's any truth to this, I'm on it like fly on [censored]!

I'm thinking if I go to an AD to source one out, they'll probably ask for the serial# ? and if that's the case..Is it possible for a member here that has a 116610 to source one out ?

On spec racing I'm usually only about 1-2 secs off FTD - like formula mazda, 125cc karts, etc...

on touring cars I'm off about 6-8 secs.... My pockets aren't deep enough to take it to the big guys :(

I've got a pretty good race pace specially in the rain so I'm more likely to podium when it's wet in an actual race :)

Lots of fun, that stuff!

I used to run at Bridgehampton, but that was a long time ago. I always used to lift at the bridge because of the upcoming turn 1 (which was negative camber and out of the line of sight). All you could see was the big sand dune up ahead that you'd run into if you kept going straight!

I ran with EMRA for a long time, and I can recall an old timer from the club telling me that he used to watch Gurney run a formula car at the track back in the day, and that he never lifted!

I had lots of FTD's and did very well for a long time in ST-2. I was running a very modded TT RX-7 (lol, the clown-shoe guys weren't happy!)

I still swear if I ever get back into it I'd buy a formula ford

Good luck, and remember, two feet in, and rubber side down! :victory:
