I think the early 111s have to be my favourite rep or gen. I prefer the CG especially for that dial style

That case is actually what came even before EL era, it comes with very sloping and elongated lugs as well as case corners, perfect for a pre-A or A-series build. The CG is slightly thinner at the top, but nice and thick, nevertheless.

Here's the same case that I used for my pre-A 001 build.
