Gen datewheels look like this (only the black one, white one is ETA) ETA Rep looks like this Gen vs ETA vs The difference between the rep and Eta quality is huge, while between the ETA and Gen seems to be only the font that differs. You can see a difference for example in the number 7. I was also been told that IWC doesnt make gen daywheel other than in English language for the 3717 at least (can't verify that however) but maybe thats why some members report colour differences between for example italian/german daywheels and gen datewheels. Not rep, but ETA.
