USA: Any recommended repair shops for reps?

Can anyone point me to the right direction for contacting a person/establishment that is willing to work on my Explorer I rep?

I would to have these things done:

Priority 1: One of the lume pieces fell on the hour indicators, I would like to have it fit it back in, or have the entire watch relumed

Priority 2: Have the watch parts inside disassembled, cleaned, reassembled (ETA2386)

Priority 3: Waterproofed

Priority 4: Calibrated

And can anyone project a rough estimate to get all of these things done?

Try locally, I had an hour indicator fall of my TOG and a local jewelry shop fixed it, no questions asked. I might revisit with them to see if they can service a movt or do any mods.
