I would like to round the edges with out damaging the the factory finnish on the the face of the braclet. can anyone point me to a tutorial if some one has made one. I purchased a pencil grinder, buffer for the purpase and would also like to know what paste and buffs to use. thank you

I purchased a pencil grinder, buffer for the purpase and would also like to know what paste and buffs to use. thank you rounding the edges?? not sure I get the idea.... if you're trying to shape the metal.. you'll need a wheel grinder to get even results. If it's just a question of buffing or restoring brushed finish. Cape cod for polishing and Stainless steel refinishing pad for restoring brushed finish.

What I mean is I own a gen Omega seamater and the ss strap does not have any harsh edges, not like the rep Panarei ss strap I bought from militery time. The finished product must have the same smooth edge finnish as the gen. You mention griding, maybe to take the small buur off, but I was thingking more of a buffing with some sort of grinding paste. The strap feels allright, I think the last process was not done as the OEM would have done it
