FxrAndy
it looks like the a. the crown has snapped b, the stem has snapped c the crown has unscrewed its self from the stem Depending on a,b or c i think that worst on is A or B as you will have to find the parts If you could unscrew the crown guard and show a better pic of the crown we would be able to see what has happened
h999
Hello, Can someone tell me what the problem is.
FxrAndy
Ok That looks like the crown its self has come apart. It could be fixed by removing the remaing part of the crown from the stem putting it back together and pressing it back together with a tiny bit of glue to hold it all as one piece.
