ez2cy
Not sure where to put this post. If in wrong area, please move. Got Rolex for Christmas from girlfriend the clasp won't stay shut. Dealer (Puretime) is not answering emails so looking to fix myself. Watch is a Rolex Day/Date II, yellow gold, with Super President Braclet, deployant clasp. Attaching picture of the clasp. Anyone know whom I can contact to get this clasp? Thanks in advance to any and all replies. Jim
rychastings
It is currently Chinese New Year so all the dealers are on vacation. If you email PureTime after Feb 20 or so, I think you should get a good response from him but right now he is probably just on vacation. Cheers
wimpie007
You could try bending it so the clasp shuts!

wimpie007
Not sure how you can bend this to make it shut. Bend the clasp part on the right of you picture so it gets curved more and thus becomes shorter and will stick better on the other end

Thank you so much. My girlfriend is beside herself today as I'm wearing it out to breakfast. She was really in the dumps when I couldn't wear it.
