cougaree Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 Guys, In addition to Safari, I have my eyes on an automatic jumbo (the newer one with second hand and ETA 2824). Has anyone owned one? How is the quality? Anything that's not good about it? I'm particularly interested in the white dial version. Thanks!
cougaree Posted February 12, 2011 Author Report Posted February 12, 2011 Just bought one from another guy on RWI. Over all quality is ok. Better than most and worse then few. I thought the white dial means white, but it's more silver than white, which is still pretty nice. One thing I have noticed though, I see the bezel is not as tight to the case. It seems to me the black gasket could have made for better fit. Ideally I think then the caseback screws are tight, the bezel and caseback should tightly hug the watch case more. I wonder if anyone has this issue fixed.
