tom28
Anyone know of any rep friendly repair places in chicago. Everyone on jewelers row won't touch my davidsen pam104 with a 10 foot stick.

Jkay
There is a trusted watch maker in the northern midwest on the RWI replica forum. He does good work and is a friendly guy. He does not take 7750/3 movements but everything else including A21j is fair game. Look up "The Katt watch repair" in the approved repair section on that forum. tom28
Good luck Seems like no one wants to work on reps in chicago. Went to AB watch. He opens up the watch he says chinese movement and closes it back up. Hands it back to me.
stolikat
Email speedy. He is in Chicago. A trusted watchsmith in RG and wristcheck. I have used him many times very good and reasonably priced. speedygwatch@gmail.com
rek001
Hmmm, A&B didn't want to work on rep movement, eh? That truly sucks, I thought I found a convenient smith in downtown Chicago. I used him only once - I had a problem with my new Pam, one of the strap quick release buttons was jammed (I hate that system), and he managed to fix it, so I had no experience with him servicing movements. Is Speedy still in business even? I thought he had some huge backlog issues.
Jkay
Guys ... again ... there's a trusted (on RWI) watchsmith in the Northern Midwest .. seriously .. why are you chasing mall kiosk vendors?
