GMT Master II Yellow Gold - Perfect Clones

Hi all,

I really want to buy a Rolex GMT for a occasional use, however i had a few questions I was hoping someone may be able to help answer.

1) In the picture of this model it seems that the date numbers are in black, when the Gen watch has a 'Green' number printed. Does anyone know if Rolex has ever made a Yellow Gold black dial GMT II with black number?

2) Can someone tell me what the difference between these two models are? They both seem to have the same details in the description at a different price though.
