I sent him a lot of PMs but he didn't answer me even if I see that he connects at RWG I just want to be sure that he received my 2 APs for service... Thanks Marco Try not to inundate his box with Mails.. I know you're worried about your watches, but he'll eventually get to you. Francisco travels for his work often (Watchmaking is not his job and is only a hobby). He very well might have 10 other people doing the exact same thing as you and sending him "lots" of pms about the status of their watches. More than likely he answers his emails and messages in the order he receives them. He'll let you know, just relax.
