Ladies Datejust Question

I have an Asian movement ladies datejust that just isn't keeping time anymore... I know it's possible to transplant in an ETA 2671 movement and I have a set of hands for this movement in hand... my question is, would the stem and crown from the Asian movement work with the ETA movement without modification? If not, where could I source what I would need?

Try Ofrei - they stock 2671's...about $70..plus shipping..I don't know about the movement ring though...
