Broker1981 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Hi! I purchased a AP ROO JPM RG from Connie last fall. After using it three times the pusher came off and the clasp broke! I have been trying to get hold of these parts from connie for about 5 months now, and every time i ask her she says she will talk with the factories, but still no luck. The pusher consists of three parts, all three are missing. I have 9.5" wrists and had to have HK Tan make a special strap for me, so the watch including strap and service at Dom's has run me about 1 000 USD, and i cant use it! I have added a picture to show what parts are missing. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
vpx Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Angus at Puretime was able to get screws for me, which every other dealer has been unwilling to get. Shoot him an e-mail with a picture of what you need.

kbiz Posted May 13, 2011 Report Posted May 13, 2011 looks to me like you have the pusher it's just stuck down inside the other piece... If that's the case I'd say you need a good watchsmith not a replacement part...
