Broker1981 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 Hi! I purchased a AP ROO JPM RG from Connie last fall. After using it three times the pusher came off and the clasp broke! I have been trying to get hold of these parts from connie for about 5 months now, and every time i ask her she says she will talk with the factories, but still no luck. The pusher consists of three parts, all three are missing. I have 9.5" wrists and had to have HK Tan make a special strap for me, so the watch including strap and service at Dom's has run me about 1 000 USD, and i cant use it!
