Bulopha Posted May 24, 2011 Report Posted May 24, 2011 Hello mates, i got this old Chopard Rep. It´s really heavy and solid (198 gram). It must be very old. But the qualitiy of this old rep is awesome. Mvt is a lowbeat, and the little second hand sweeps smooth. Mvt keeps time very well - unbelievable with reference to the age!?! Rotor is signed with chopard brand, but the rest looks like an old version of Seagull / Bejing. The red hand - what looks like gmt is a hand for date and it´s not fake, the date-function works. Unfortunately i couldn´t find he spec of the mvt. I´m just interested what it is. Could anybody help please - many thanks in advance! Cheers, Bulopha
Bulopha Posted May 24, 2011 Author Report Posted May 24, 2011 (edited) Yes it´s lowbeat with refernce to the beat of the mainspring. i´ve checked my supplier (cousins) and several others like ofrei and labanda, but could not find the spec of the mvt ... hmm mysterious Edited May 24, 2011 by Bulopha
