PAM 01a movement issue

Hello Guys, I'm wondering if anyone can help?

I have a 01a with a A6497 movement which keep stopping and then once tapped stars working again.

As anyone had the same issues?

Any help would be appreciated.

When you say ... 'tapped' can you give a little more detail..

Is it a shake? Is it a tap, knock in a certain spot? etc

Does it work after winding? or do you wind and then have to 'tap' it?

The watch has already be wound and working, then when I tap it hard near the seconds at 9 it work for a couple more hour till I notice it stop again.

Then the process starts again till it requires winding again. Hope this explains.
