looking for watchsmit in Holland

Dear all, Could someone please help me. I am looking for a watchsmit in Holland. I have a Breitling Skyland Avenger which I can not wind up anymore it is totally stuck does not move at all. Would like to know if someone knows a watchsmit in Holland who could fix it. Your help is very much appreciated.
