What is the difference between these 2 Skyland Avenger Blacksteel?

I tried to search, but I still don't quite get the price discrepancy between these 2 Blacksteel. Is the "ultimate" that much better? I included the link for the same watches on Tony's and Josh's website.

i believe the cheaper one is V1, which is PVD finish. the more expensive one is V2 which it DLC like the gen. I own a V2, finish is superb!
