Not purchased a replica watch before but I am interested in buying one of these...

What's meant by "Made with a Genuine Watch Completely Dissected"

If anyone has bought one of these I would be interested in your opinions

As said take a good weekend to read a lot of useful posts/topics on this forum because most questions have been answered already

But to answer yours: They have dissected a genuine watch, so a genuine/real omega has been bought and all pieces have been taken apart and been copied. This is not completely true because for example the movement hasnt been copied 1:1 but still it shows that they at least did their best to make this replica as good as a copy as possible. There are flaws, mistakes, always so nothing is a perfect copy.

To be sure which replica is the best start searching and reading on this forum, you'll have the answer pretty soon
