Dealer states high beat but looks low beat!?

They say high beat but don't look like it to me anyone confirm. Actually they look like the old H-factory versions.

Just want to make sure before I jump the gun.

I'm wanting a high beat 177m.

In the info it states high beat 21600bph, but doesn't it look like a low beat?

Isn't the balance wheel normally smaller for high beat, and low beats have a big balance wheel?

looks like low-beat based on the serials

This factories PAM'S always use low beat 6497'S, so unless the dealer is swapping movements, I would imagine it's an "error" on there part
