Watch exports in the first half of 2011 showed a year-over-year increase of 19.3 percent to 8.7 billion Swiss francs ($10.8 billion) led by growth in Asia, according to the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry (FH). Recession...what recession...?! Given that Swiss watches are not exactly a necessity in life...this is a preview most likely of all luxury sectors in the USA... Only the lower-middle and lower class in America are challenged.
