and i am quite pleased. the watch has all the known issues (iffy dial, bad bracelet, etc) but this thing is perfect in the case dept, even the cg's are almost spot on, i barely have to remove anything from them. of course, the rehaut is deep and magnificent ( i feel like a turd for saying it, but its true) this thing also has a hefty weight, which to be honest, i dont know whats right anymore in that dept, so its kind of irrelevant to me

as soon as my noobmariner arrives, gonna swap the bracelet and datewheel, drop in the gen insert that was kindly included with my tw, drill the lugholes, put a gen tub and crown in, maybe a gen dial, oil this [censored] up, and never take her off my wrist.

Question: does anyone have any recommendations to sanding down the gen insert so it fits like it does in the gens, just a little sunken in the bezel. would appreciate the pointers

I use a chain saw file (round) to go around the inside edges. Probably better ways to do it though. Enjoy!

I'm not the expert here, a lot of people would be better suited to address this question. That is just what I like.
