Mbren30
Hi everyone, First post on here, been a guest reader for sometime but decided to join after buying my first rep (from another forums members sales section). Anyway I received the watch today and it isnt working. I have tried winding it, shaking it but no joy. I am told it has the valjoux 7750 movement? My question is, does anyone know anywhere or anyone in the UK I can take/send this watch to for themm to try and get it going? I really like the watch (tag aquaracer) and would like to see if I can get it working. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Mbren30
what watch is it? Maybe you can ask some of the members here on the board or in the brand section for advice, i'm sure they can answer you. Tag heuer aquaracer Chronograph. Originally bought from a trusted dealer. He apparently received the genuine watch as a birthday present whilst the rep was being delivered so sold the rep as new when it arrived. No mention of it being faulty. I'm told it has the valjoux 7750 movement which is one of the better movements so I'm led to believe. I'm a bit gutted really. It's a lovely looking watch. Just hope someone somewhere can breathe some laugh back into it for a reasonable price.

txrob779
Hey man, Bummer about the rep. I would suggest contacting the dealer, I have always had them take of things but patience is the key, it takes a while but I would imagine it would get handled. The Valjoux 7750 is a great movement and I am sure you will get it taken care of. welcome to the board and you will get a lot of help from the folks. Good Luck, Rob

Good Luck, Rob The Swiss version is indeed a GREAT Movement, but alas, the Asian copies suffer from a spotty, at best, reputation....If you truly believe that the A7750 is a good movement, you should read some more..Or, do like I did and buy a few, and find out the hard way!!!
