It has been working well but last night the second hand has begun working intermittently, even with winding and shaking. I imagine it needs service/repair. Best for you is to contact The Zigmeister by posting right here and hope that he reads it......then take it from there. Not so sure about how busy he is! You could also try the other forums.......I heard that EddieLee or something have been doing service for those other fora.....check him out!
