Is this a 7734 valjoux or a poljot?

Im almost sure its a 7734 45min counter. But can you pro's see and confirm pleas.

Can't say about the 45min part, but that definitely looks like a 7734 to me. Assuming it has a date wheel? Other wise, it would be a 7733
