NOOB 111M Lume Splotchy ?

Just received this watch and I didnt pick up on this from QC images. It looks like the lume has an orange peel surface to it. This normal ? Anyone experience something like this before ? It's only visible at certain angles as well.

Wow that definitely doesn't look "normal" to me. Almost looks like there is mold growing...

if you can get better pics of what yours looks like under direct light that'd be great

i'm no photographer and the best camera I have is my iphone so I doubt I can give you guys better pics

figure i might take mine apart one day and lightly sand the lume plate, maybe that will give it a more matte finish

I've got next to no experience with taking watches apart though so it's not something I'll attempt for a long time. Not till there's something already broken which would warrant me taking it apart.
