Need Help On Pam 176H

so i got today the new born pam 176h from davidsen

problem is the cg is a bit tight to open-have to use my nails

also the winding feels tight even before full winding

i made these observations in comparison with the pam 112m i bought from the cartels

should i return the watch or just have it lubricated by a local watch smith?

your inputs will be much appreciated

I's ask DSN what he thinks hes genrally pretty good a sort stuff out
