Ingenieur or AMG

In thinking in buying my first IWC watch, i really like the ingenieur and the ingenieur amg.

The one i like most is the AMg chrono, but i know that the A7750 suffers with the sec dial at 6. Is it that really bad? What are your experience? May i take the non chrono instead?

I know that in the non chrono the date font is incorrect, but its possible to replace it, isnt it?

Any recomendation?

I preferred the non-AMG version, and tried to find it until I found out they are no longer in production.

They are available but not with the metal bracelet. The best thing you can do is lurk the sales forums.
